I almost certainly have two or three thousand rounds through it and it's done effectively. I've four mags and I'm able to vacant them in a few minutes. The only thing I did was disable the mag safety so I could clear the chamber.
Release the Retainer gently as it is actually spring loaded. Hold the rearward percentage of the Slide up and push the Slide ahead, off of the tip in the gun. This process eliminates the entire Slide Assembly and is also sufficient for regular cleaning and oiling. Clean the Barrel within an inexpensive time period after shooting. After the powder residue has become taken off, provide the Barrel bore a protecting coat of oil.

When you change the barrels for the first time get it done within a cardboard box because the recoil spring has no guide and will shoot across the space if your not careful. The mag safety is actually a PITA but may be disabled in 5 min. The other two usually are not an issue IMO.

im going to retain shooting the 1100 havent hered any one say they've got had difficulties with it. Although i is not going to bump it up the the 1200+ FPS rds.
